Aims & Scope
JAVZHS publishes original research, reviews, and case reports at the interface of agriculture, veterinary science, and human medicine — zoonotic disease surveillance and transmission, veterinary-to-human disease pathways, agricultural and livestock occupational health and safety, and livestock-associated public health risk.
The journal favors submissions that draw an explicit connection between agricultural/veterinary practice and a human or public health outcome, rather than sitting purely in animal science or purely in clinical medicine.
Discipline
Agriculture/veterinary science combined with zoonotic and public health medicine
